Who is this place perfect for?: Single or a couple. It has no real drawbacks and the town itself is nearly perfect in many ways: public transport, near the ocean and the Alps, both a working French town with plenty of internationals who've made it their home

Description

This bright modern space lacks nothing for your longer stay in Vence. You can happily spend your days on the large terrace with view of palm trees, garden and pool. The livingroom is spacious, with television and dining area included. The kitchen lacks nothing, with full oven, microwave, stovetop and ample refridgerator/freezer. A nice size double bedroom opens on to the terrace as well. A bath/shower combo is in the bathroom. You have your own partking place, there are easy steps down from the parking lot to the apartment building entrance where your apartment is on the ground floor.

If you plan to not have a car, you'll need to know that the last five minutes walk from town (no more than 10 -15 minutes) center is uphill on a narrow road without sidewalks. It's do-able but one needs to be mindful.

Spring season is roughly from Feb 1 through April 15th. Fall season is roughly Sept 15th through November 15th. We specifically look for property availability in the non-peak season, when owners/managers can offer considerably lower prices
Length of time *
(Longer stays are defined as always more than 30 days and less than 90) Our longer stays are, at a maximum 88 days. The 88 days (vs. 90) is because for many non-EU visitors, 90 days is the maximum stay allowed, and both the travel days to and from France are included in the count, ergo, you would only be staying in the accommodation a maximum of 88 days.
