Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a very quiet old building from the 17th century accessible via stone staircase, it is all on one level. It has been recently completely renovated. A veranda adjoining the bedroom, in a quiet area with a view of the greenery of the trees is one particularly nice feature. It is very well equipped and nicely furnished in harmony with the building (Gard stone wall, parquet flooring, etc.) The open plan living area includes fully equipped kitchen with central island open to the 40 square meter living room with 2 large French windows opening onto a small balcony. The interior decor is high-end, the 40m² living room is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter by cast iron inertia radiators also installed in all the rooms. The apartment is equipped with a reversible heat pump. The 1st master bedroom of 13m² (160 bed) is very quiet and has a large dressing room (4m²) and an adjoining 10m² veranda with a country decor where you can relax in the summer, read or have your coffee facing nature. Large sliding bay windows and electric sun blinds complete this bucolic and soothing veranda.The 2nd bedroom (or office) of 16m² has a 140 Premium comfort sofa bed and an office space, all opening onto a balcony. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, a sink and a separate toilet. A large bathroom cabinet and a vanity unit are provided for storage. All windows are double glazed. It is ideally located at the foot of the shops, 150m from the pedestrian streets and the magnificent Place aux Herbes, famous for its fountain, its arcades, its many bars and restaurants where you can relax in the shade of the plane trees. A local producers’ market on Wednesday morning and the large Saturday morning market (both on the Place aux Herbes), offer you gourmet local products. You are across the street from one of Uzes favorite bakeries (There are many!) A large outdoor municipal swimming pool and tennis courts are accessible 10 minutes walk from the apartment as well as the Eure Valley with large shaded walking areas along the Alzon river and marked hiking trails. At your disposal upon arrival: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee… you will be welcomed on site by your dedicated hostess: Anne. She will ensure your comfort during your stay to make sure that everything is going well and that you lack nothing. Enjoy your stay in Uzès!
