This is a very lovely and quite spacious apartment in a nearly ideal location. The owner is attentive, English-speaking and lives near by.

Peculiarities

Very few, if any peculiarities -- just about perfect. There could be some street noise when the nearby lycee lets out of school late afternoon. . The apartment is on a quite narrow street and free parking could be difficult to find

It is the smallest but very comfortable. This mini apartment with its maxi kitchen is situated under the roofs on the second floor.  A contrasti dng ecoration with black and turquoise creates an enveloping space conducive to privacy. It is composed of a main room where you will be able to prepare and take meals thanks to its equipped kitchen (fridge, induction plates, hood, multi-function oven, tableware and utensils.

You will find a double bed with a high-quality mattress, a table, a connected 4K TV, a wardrobe and a shower room with separated WC.
