In good weather, you’ll have the outside living and the pool. The beautiful and famous town of Saint Emilion is nearby and almost as close is Libourne a charming, quirky town which has excellent train service into big beautiful Bordeaux. A car IS necessary as you are truly out in the country, albeit in the midst of some of the best vineyards in the world

The "livingroom" is a bit of an awkward arrangement. There is no washing machine here.You are in heavily agricultural location (though not far from towns) Furnishings are good, but not fancy. WiFi network speed: 9 Mbps Verified by flow test. It is possible to watch HD videos in streaming
About the locale: The area around Saint Emilion has a reasonable claim on being one of the most beautiful in France (and that is saying something!) Saint Emilion is a jewel of a town (very discovered by tourists) and this local is about a 5 minute drive outside that town and smack dab in the middle of some of the best vineyards in the world. Add to that, you're nearly as close to Libourne, and an easy train ride from there to Bordeaux
