About the locale: Mougins is a hybrid -- much of the appeal of the Cote D'Azur (and some of the exclusivity) but also, a gem of a hilltop village at the top of the hill, surrounded by quite modern suburban sprawl. You can be at the Mediterranean in less than a half hour or in the many pretty towns throughout this region.

This apartment, in a gorgeous modern building. has got it all! Both kitchen and bath features are recently redone with good taste and an eye to comfort. The two double bedrooms are about equal in size, and bright with light. A nice-size balcony that overlooks Mougins is excellent. The couch can fold out to a double bed and faces the large television. These owners live here themselves on and off during the year so the comfort level is high.

Spring season is roughly from Feb 1 through April 15th. Fall season is roughly Sept 15th through November 15th. We specifically look for property availability in the non-peak season, when owners/managers can offer considerably lower prices

(Longer stays are defined as always more than 30 days and less than 90) Our longer stays are, at a maximum 88 days. The 88 days (vs. 90) is because for many non-EU visitors, 90 days is the maximum stay allowed, and both the travel days to and from France are included in the count, ergo, you would only be staying in the accommodation a maximum of 88 days.
