Peculiarities
The main entrance is from Promenade des Anglais. It is covered at the moment and are in preparation for renovations ( not a pretty sight). Keyfob access where you will go through a series of passages to arrive in the building lift which is at the center of the block.
The back entrance in Rue de France will also lead you to a series of passages where you will find the same lift that will take you to the 5th floor of the building. This access is step free. mid-stay cleaning services for long stays over 30 days that include making beds with clean linens, kitchen and towel change, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms. This service will be billed at the same rate as the cleaning fees. Enquire of the owner for those rates.
