Beautiful furnishings, meticulously maintained. You could not ask for a more ideal location, superbly central with access to the very center of the town nearly outside your door, yet also peaceful and quiet (except for the extra rowdy student ruckus, if you like to leave your windows open at night, you, like all of central Angers will occasionally hear students partying.)

Peculiarities

The proprietors of this accommodation are quite meticulous; they are firm about the rules of no parties an will need to schedule for cleaning and linen change once a week. Only one set of keys are available per apartment so the solution, with two occupants is to leave a key in a key box that both can access via a combination. Some people think the beds are extra firm.

It is the smallest but very comfortable. This mini apartment with its maxi kitchen is situated under the roofs on the second floor. A contrasti dng ecoration with black and turquoise creates an enveloping space conducive to privacy. It is composed of a main room where you will be able to prepare and take meals thanks to its equipped kitchen (fridge, induction plates, hood, multi-function oven, tableware and utensils.

You will find a double bed with a high-quality mattress, a table, a connected 4K TV, a wardrobe and a shower room with separated WC.
